Frequently asked questions

Good questions.
Useful answers.

A closer look at research materials, analytical documentation, storage, and finding your way around GLPZone.

01 / The catalog

Who is this catalog intended for?

The catalog is presented for laboratory research. Products are not intended for human or animal consumption, diagnostic use, treatment, or clinical applications.

What does the quantity on a product page mean?

The variant amount is a nominal catalog quantity. It is separate from an independently measured content result, a concentration, or the total number of vials in a package. It is not a usage recommendation. Compare the presentation and specifications before selecting a variant.

Does a research paper verify a GLPZone product?

No. Published literature discusses the material and conditions studied by its authors. It does not establish the identity, purity, content, stability, or testing status of a GLPZone lot. Product-specific claims need product-specific evidence. Our editorial standards explain that distinction.

Can GLPZone provide dosing or administration guidance?

No. Product information covers laboratory research context and documentation. It does not provide dosing, administration, treatment, or personal health advice.

02 / Testing & documentation

What does an HPLC purity percentage tell me?

It describes the proportion of relevant chromatographic response attributed to the target under the stated method. It is not necessarily the percentage of total vial mass that is peptide. Water, counterions, and other material may contribute to physical mass. Read about purity and content.

How is identity different from purity?

HPLC evaluates chromatographic purity under specific conditions. Mass spectrometry provides separate evidence about molecular identity, including measured molecular mass. The methods complement one another; neither establishes every property of a material.

Does lot testing mean every vial was tested?

No. A report documents the sample submitted for analysis. Its relationship to a production lot needs a traceable sample reference, but it should not be read as evidence that each individual vial passed through an instrument.

Does an endotoxin result prove sterility?

No. Endotoxin and sterility are separate attributes evaluated by different tests. A low endotoxin result cannot substitute for microbial or sterility testing, and HPLC purity does not establish either.

How do I match a COA to a vial?

Compare the full lot number on the label with the report’s sample reference, then check the compound, presentation, issuing laboratory, report number, and dates. A certificate for another batch of the same compound is not a match. See the COA reading guide.

Who tests GLPZone lots, and can I verify a report?

Every lot is analyzed by Nordicstar Analytical Sciences, an independent laboratory, for identity, content, and purity by HPLC with LC-MS confirmation. Each certificate carries a report number and a verification key. Use the lot lookup or the link on any product page to open the certificate, then confirm it at nordicstarlabs.com/verify.

03 / Storage & handling

What affects peptide stability?

Temperature, moisture, light, the chemical form, and the condition of the material all matter. A sealed lyophilized powder and a prepared solution should not be assigned the same storage window. Follow the material’s own documented requirements; a general guide cannot establish shelf life.

Why do moisture and repeated freeze–thaw cycles matter?

Moisture exposure can change a dry material, while repeated temperature cycling can affect solution stability. Research handling should minimize avoidable exposure and follow a validated, material-specific procedure. Our storage and handling guide explains the factors to document.

04 / Orders & inquiries

How do I place an order?

Add compounds to your bag, check out in three steps, and pay by card or in crypto. Crypto orders save 5%. We ship within the United States. Read the ordering guide.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Credit and debit cards, on our secure card payment page, and cryptocurrency, including USDC, USDT, Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Solana, through ATLOS. Crypto orders save 5%. Your order is confirmed as soon as the payment goes through.

How much is shipping?

Priority shipping is $14, and free on orders of $200 or more after volume savings. Add Priority dispatch at checkout for $5 to have your order packed and dispatched ahead of standard orders. It is included for Private Clients. See shipping information.

Do you offer volume pricing?

Yes. Two vials of the same compound and strength save 10%, and three or more save 15%, applied automatically in your bag. For larger requirements, send a bulk inquiry.

What are research points?

Account holders earn 5 points for every $1 on paid orders. From 500 points, redeem them at checkout at 100 points per $1, for up to half of an order’s subtotal after savings. Points expire 18 months after they are earned. Create an account.

Can I return an order?

Research materials can’t be returned once shipped. If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, or never arrives, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right. See returns and order support.

What should an institutional inquiry include?

List the exact compounds, presentation, quantities, required dates, and documentation needs. Mention any single-lot requirement, staged delivery, or procurement paperwork. The bulk inquiry form sends this brief directly to our team.

How do I contact the team?

Use the contact form, and include your order number for order questions. We reply by email.
