of your information.

What we collect.

When you order, create an account, or contact us, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number if given, delivery and billing addresses, order contents, and any message or notes. Account passwords are stored only as secure hashes.

Payments.

Crypto payments are processed by ATLOS and card payments by our card processor. We receive the payment status and amount for your order; we never receive or store your card number, wallet keys, or exchange credentials.

How we use it.

We use your information to process and deliver orders, send order and shipping emails, provide your account and research points, answer your questions, and prevent fraud. We send marketing only if you ask for it.

Who we share it with.

We don’t sell or rent your information. We share only what is needed with the providers who help us run the store: our payment processor, fulfillment and shipping partners, and our email delivery service. We may disclose information when required by law.

In your browser.

Your bag, a sign-in token when you’re signed in, and recent price data are kept in your browser’s local storage so the store works between visits. Signing out removes the token; clearing this site’s storage removes everything.

You can update your details in your profile, or contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.
