Where we ship.

GLPZone ships to addresses within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Rates.

Priority shipping is a flat $14. Orders of $200 or more, after volume savings, ship free. Shipping is shown in your bag and at checkout before you pay. All prices are in US dollars and no sales tax is charged.

Processing and transit.

Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirms, excluding weekends and public holidays. As soon as your order ships, we email your tracking number.

Priority dispatch.

Need it sooner? Add Priority dispatch at checkout for $5. Your order is packed and handed to the carrier ahead of standard orders. It is optional and does not change the carrier service. Private Clients receive it on every order, and a colleague you introduce receives it on their first.

Tracking your order.

Use the order status page with your order number and email address, or open order history when signed in. If tracking has not updated within 3 business days of dispatch, contact us.

Product handling.

Product-specific handling or storage information is included in the relevant product documentation. Refer to the material’s own specifications rather than assuming one handling approach applies to the entire catalog.
