BPC-157 & TB-500 · two-component research blend
BPC-157 + TB-500 Blend combines two distinct synthetic research peptides in a single lyophilized preparation. The pairing is commonly referred to as the Wolverine Blend or Wolverine peptide in research-product and online literature.
BPC-157 is a 15-amino-acid peptide studied in preclinical models involving tendon fibroblasts, cell migration and connective-tissue repair. TB-500 is used in published analytical literature for the acetylated seven-amino-acid thymosin beta-4 fragment Ac-LKKTETQ. The blend allows both compounds to be examined within the same experimental system while keeping the individual peptide identities clear.
Published research on the combination itself remains limited, so findings from the individual compounds should not automatically be treated as evidence of additive or synergistic effects.
02 / Research profile
Direct published research evaluating BPC-157 and material identified by the investigators as TB-500 together remains limited. A 2026 exploratory rat study compared BPC-157, TB-500, the combination and a control group following standardized Achilles tendon transection and repair.
At four weeks, the TB-500 group showed a statistically significant increase in maximum load to failure compared with controls. The combined BPC-157 + TB-500 group showed differences in selected histopathological measurements, including total Movin score, compared with controls.
The publication did not report the amino-acid sequence or analytical characterization of its TB-500 material. Its results therefore cannot establish the behavior of a formulation containing a specifically identified Ac-LKKTETQ fragment.
What the study did not show: The combined treatment did not demonstrate superior overall biomechanical or histopathological outcomes compared with either individual treatment in this experiment. The authors characterized the findings as preliminary and identified additional preclinical research as necessary. This was an exploratory animal study, not a human clinical trial. It did not evaluate any GLPZone formulation or lot.
The 15-amino-acid sequence GEPPPGKPADDAGLV has been investigated in tendon-fibroblast migration, FAK/paxillin signaling and other preclinical tissue models.
The source defines TB-500 as the N-acetylated seven-amino-acid fragment Ac-LKKTETQ. That identity must be distinguished from the full-length 43-residue thymosin beta-4 molecule.
Reading the evidence
The cited 2026 rat Achilles-tendon experiment was preliminary. The combination did not show superior overall biomechanical or histopathological outcomes over each individual peptide. The publication did not establish its TB-500 amino-acid sequence, so it cannot validate the exact catalog blend.

Variant amounts are nominal catalog quantities. They are not instructions for use.
HPLC separates components under a defined method. Read the reported percentage alongside the chromatogram, wavelength, integration method, and scope of the test.
Mass spectrometry provides molecular-mass evidence. Identity and chromatographic purity answer different questions; one cannot stand in for the other.
Connect the product name, variant, lot identifier, report date, and issuing laboratory. A report is useful only when its sample can be linked to the material being reviewed.
Every Wolverine lot is analyzed by Nordicstar Analytical Sciences for identity, content, and purity by HPLC with LC-MS confirmation. Each certificate carries a report number and verification key that can be checked at nordicstarlabs.com/verify. Research references below describe published science, not a certificate for a vial.

05 / Storage & handling
Because peptide stability can depend on formulation and storage conditions, a specific reconstituted stability period or shelf life cannot be assumed unless supported by product-specific documentation.

Wolverine Blend is a common name for a research combination containing BPC-157 and TB-500. The catalog formulation contains the two compounds in a 1:1 nominal ratio.
The blend contains BPC-157 and TB-500 in a 1:1 ratio. The catalog lists total blend content; this differs from the amount of each individual peptide.
Yes, but direct combination research remains limited. A 2026 rat Achilles-tendon study compared BPC-157, material identified by the investigators as TB-500, the combination and a control group. The combination showed differences in selected histopathological measures compared with controls but did not demonstrate additional overall benefit over the individual treatments. The publication did not establish the sequence of its TB-500 material, so the study is related preclinical evidence rather than evidence for a specific commercial blend.
